Commercial Tax Department Mantralya, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal Bhopal, the 20 th November 2024 No. F A 3-37/2017/ 1/V (25) : In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 9 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in this department's Notification No. F A 3-37/2017/1/FIVE (65) dated the 30 th June, 2017, namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, after S. No. 7 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely: - (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) 8 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80 or 81 Metal scrap Any unregistered person Any registered person . 2.
