Central Government rescinds the Notification No. 10/2022- Central Excise, dated the 30th June, 2022 and Notification No. 11/2022- Central Excise, dated the 30th June, 2022 - Effective Rates of Road and Infrastructure Cess - 30/2024 - Central Excise - Tariff

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION NO. 30/2024-CENTRAL EXCISE New Delhi, the 2nd December, 2024 G.S.R. 741(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by section 112 of Finance Act, 2018 (13 of 2018) read with section 5A of the Central Excise Act, 1944 ( 1 of 1944) and Section 21 of General Clauses Act, 1897 (10 of 1897) , the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the following notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), as mentioned in the Table below, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission, namely:- Table Sl. No. 10/2022- Central Excise, dated the 30th June, 2022, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 498(E), dated the 30th June, 2022. 2. No. 11/2022- Central Excise, dated the 30th June, 2022, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 499(E), dated the 30th June, 2022. 2.
