Central Government appoints the Advocates as Special Public Prosecutors for conducting the prosecution of cases on behalf of the Directorate of Enforcement before the Special Courts under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 - S.O. 5258(E) - Prevention of Money-Laundering

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 6th December, 2024 S.O. 5258(E). In exercise of powers conferred by the proviso to sub-section (1) of section 46 of the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002 (15 of 2003) , the Central Government hereby appoints the Advocates specified in column (2) of the table below as Special Public Prosecutors for conducting the prosecution of cases on behalf of the Directorate of Enforcement before the Special Courts under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 for the specified tenure mentioned against each in column (4) of the said table and within the jurisdiction of zones/sub zones mentioned against their names in column (3) of the said table, namely:- Sl.
