Seeks to amend notification No.697 F.T. dated 13.07.2021. - 188–F.T. - West Bengal SGST

GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL FINANCE DEPARTMENT REVENUE NOTIFICATION No. 188 F.T., the 04th day of February, 2025 . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 1 of section 4 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (West Ben. Act XXVIII of 2017) and in exercise of the powers conferred by rule 123 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 read with rule 123 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor is pleased hereby to make the following amendment in this Department s notification No. 697-F.T., dated 13.07.2021, published in the Kolkata Gazette, Extraordinary, namely: Amendment In the said notification, in clause (a) for the words and letters The Special Commissioner of Revenue,W.B. the words and letters The Additional Commissioner of Revenue, W.B. shall be substituted. 2.
