Inland Container Depot sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services and business process outsourcing sector at Nagavara Village, North Bangalore Taluk in the State of Karnataka. NOTIFICATION New Delhi the 12th December, 2008 S.O. 2872 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 12th day of December, 2008 as the date from which the sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services and business process outsourcing sector at Nagavara Village, North Bangalore Taluk in the State of Karnataka proposed to be developed by M/s.
