Appointing the Appellate Authorities - G.O.Ms.No. 16 - Telangana SGST

REVENUE (CT-II) DEPARTMENT G.O.Ms.No. 16 Dated: 22-02-2025 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred under section 3, read with sub-section (1) of section 4, and sub-section (8) of section 2 and sub-section (1) of section 107 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Telangana Act No.23 of 2017) and Rule 109A of Telangana Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Government in supersession of the orders issued in the G.O second read above, hereby appoints Appellate Authorities as specified at column (4) of the table indicated below.
