GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAX DIVISION) NOTIFICATION Jaipur, dated: February 27, 2025 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act no. 9 of 2017), read with sub-rule (2) of rule 1 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Rules, 2024 and sub-rule (2) of rule 1 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Rules, 2024 (hereinafter referred to as rules), issued vide this department s notification No. F. 12(1) FD/Tax/2024-88, dated the 19th July, 2024 and F.12(1)FD/Tax/2024-93, dated 27th September, 2024, the State Government hereby appoints the following dates as mentioned in column (3) of the table below, on which the provisions of rules specified in column (2) of the said table, shall come into force, namely: - Table S.
