MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATIONS New Delhi, the 5th June, 1990 NO. 1/90-INLAND AIR TRAVEL TAX G.S.R. 547(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by section 71 of the Finance Act, 1990 (12 of 1990), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of July, 1990, as the date on which the provisions of Chapter V of the said Act shall come into force.
