Seeks to bring in force provisions of various rule of Puducherry Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Rules, 2024 - G.O. Ms. No. 37 - Puducherry SGST

GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY COMMERCIAL TAXES SECRETARIAT (G.O. Ms. No. 37, Puducherry, dated 17th March 2025) NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No.6 of 2017), read with sub-rule (1) of rule 1 of the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Rules, 2024 (hereinafter referred to as rules), issued vide notification of the Commercial Taxes Secretariat, Government of Puducherry vide G.O.Ms.No.7, dated 14th October, 2024, published in the Gazette of Puducherry, Extraordinary, Part I, No.137, dated 21st October, 2024, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry hereby appoints the following dates as mentioned in column (3) of the Table below, on which the provisions of rules specified in column (2) of the said Table, shall come into force, namely.
