Inland Container Depot (ICD) for the multi product Special Economic Zone at Dronagiri, Navi Mumbai, in the State of Maharashtra MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 23rd April, 2009 S.O. 1037(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 23rd day of April, 2009 as the date from which the multi product Special Economic Zone at Dronagiri, Navi Mumbai, in the State of Maharashtra to be developed by M/s.
