Inland Container Depot (ICD) for sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled sevcices at Uttarpara, Kolkata, in the State of West Bengal NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 24th April, 2009 S.O. 1054(E). —In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 24th day of April, 2009 as the date from which sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled sevcices at Uttarpara, Kolkata, in the State of West Bengal to be developed by M/s Bengal Shriram Hi-tech City Private Limited shall be deemed to be Inland Container Depot under Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962.
