Mineral oil products - Removal from one warehouse to another under Chapter VII - Amendment to Notification No. 266/67-C.E.

In pursuance of sub-rule (2) of rule 49 and rule 139 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance). No. 266/67-Central Excises, dated 28th November, 1967 (G.S.R. 1771, dated the 28th November, 1967), namely :-

In paragraph 2 of the said notification, in clause (i), after item (zzz) and the entries relating thereto, the following item and entries shall be added, namely :-

"(zzza) Tiruchirapalli in the Tiruchirapalli Perumbidugu Mutharaiyar District of the State of Tamilnadu".
