Amends Notifications No. 84/87-C.E. so as to allow benefit of duty credit under Rule 56A to imported nylon mulding power used in the manufacture of fishing nets

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 56A of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government, hereby makes following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 84/87-Central Excises, dated the 1st March, 1987, namely :-

In the Table to the said notification, against S. No. 11, in column (3), for the entry, the entry "54.02" shall be substituted.
