Amendment to Notification No. 66/90-C.E.- Tools, Jigs and Fixtures

Notification No. 141/90-C.E.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5A of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 66/90-Central Excises, dated the 20th March, 1990, namely :-

In column (3) of the Table to the said notification, after entry (v), the following entries shall be inserted, namely :-

"(vi) Tool Room and Training Centre, Delhi.

(vii) Government Tool Room and Training Centre, Bangalore.

(viii) Institute of Training and Tool Room of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow."
