Raw naphtha [ Ch. 27] Notification No. 198/89-C.E. Dated 29-12-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 5A of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 300/88-Central Excises, dated the 30th December, 1988, namely :- In paragraph 2 of the said notification, - The words and figures, "and shall remain in force upto and inclusive of the 31st day of December, 1989" shall be deleted.
