Dated 12-12-1997 In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints Commissioner of Customs, Bangalore to be Commissioner of Customs, Chennai for the purpose of adjudicating the cases pertaining to M/s. Titan Industries Limited in terms of show cause notice No. SB/178/95, dated the 21st March, 1995 issued by the Commissioner of Customs, Chennai.
