Customs ports - Appointment for specified purposes Notification No. 3/96-Cus.(N.T.) Dated 16-1-1996 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), of Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 62/94(N.T.)-Customs, dated the 21st November, 1994, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, in serial number 4, against Item (3) relating to Panaji Port, in column (4), for the entries the following entries shall be substituted, namely :- "(a) Unloading of imported coking coal, coke and limestone ; (b) Loading of minerals and bamboos for export."
