Appointment of Collector of Customs-II, Bombay as Collector of Customs, Bombay for adjudicating specific cases of M/s. Reliance Industries Ltd. Notification No. 65/94-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 23-11-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints the Collector of Customs-II, Bombay also to exercise the powers of Collector of Customs, in the jurisdiction of Collector of Customs, Bombay for the specific purpose of adjudicating the cases pertaining to M/s. Reliance Industries Ltd. in respect of the show cause notice issued by Collector of Customs, Bombay vide file No. SC/Misc. 170/KAS/93-SIIB S/10-41/1vk/94-SIIB.
