Customs port-Karwar - Amendment to Notification No. 76/73-Cus. Notification No. 57/94-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 15-11-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 76-Cus., dated the 19th May, 1973, namely :- In the said notification, against item 3 relating to the port of Karwer (including Sedashivagad) for the entry under the heading "Purpose" in column (2), the following entry shall be substituted, namely :- "(i) for loading of all export goods; and (ii) for unloading of the following imported goods : (a) fertiliser, (b) foodgrains, (c) rockphosphate, (d) timber, (e) metal scrap, (f) ships for breaking and crew baggage of such ships.".
