Ahmedabad Customs Airport - Loading and unloading of all class of import/export goods Notification No. 51/94-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 20-10-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 75/75-Customs, dated the 3rd July, 1975, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification against serial No. 1, in column (3), for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely :- "Unloading of imported goods and the loading of export goods or any class of such goods".
