Port Blair Customs port - Notified for loading of export goods of any class Notification No. 45/94-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 5-9-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 44/89-Customs (N.T.), dated the 20th July, 1989, namely :- In the said notification, for item (a), the following item shall be substituted namely :- "(a) the loading of export goods or any class of such goods; and".
