Dharamtar ( Maharashtra ) appointed as coastal port for carrying on trade in iron ore pellets, lumps and direct reduced iron Notification No. 39/94-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 8-8-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints Dharamtar Port in the State of Maharashtra to be a coastal port for carrying on of trade in iron ore pellets, lumps and direct reduced iron (DRI).
