Dharamtar ( Maharashtra ) appointed as Customs Port for unloading of imported iron ore pellets and lumps and loading of direct reduced iron Notification No. 38/94-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 8-8-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints Dharamtar port in the State of Maharashtra to be a Customs port for the following purposes, namely :- (a) unloading of imported iron ore pellets and lumps; and (b) loading of direct reduced iron (DRI) for export.
