Anti-dumping duty - Exclusion of GATT countries and China Notification No. 28/94-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 9-6-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 9B of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 36/92-Customs (N.T.), dated the 27th May, 1992, namely : In the said notification, for the words "General Agreement on Tariff and Trade", the words "General Agreement on Tariff and Trade, and People's Republic of China" shall be substituted.
