Visakhapatnam airport appointed as customs airport for loading/unloading of all classes of Export/Import Cargo Notification No. 22/94-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 5-5-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 57/89-Customs (N.T.), dated 19th September, 1989 [S.O. 749(E) dated 19-9-1989], the Central Government hereby appoints Visakhapatnam airport as customs airport for the unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods or any class of such goods.
