Krishnapatnam (Andhra) - Customs port for unloading of fertilizer - Extended upto 31-8-1995 Notification No. 20/94-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 2-5-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 51/93-Customs (N.T.), dated the 11th October, 1993, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part II, Section 3, sub-section (ii) vide S.O. No. 773 (E), dated the 11th October, 1993, namely :- In the said notification, for the figures, letters and word "31st August, 1994" the figures, letters and word "31st August, 1995" shall be substituted.
