POL products - Prohibition of imports from South Africa withdrawn Notification No. 16/94-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 25-4-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is conducive to the interest of the general public so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 135-Customs, dated the 3rd October, 1964. In the said notification, in the opening portion, for the words "military equipments and POL Products", the words "Military equipments" shall be substituted.
