Appointment of Collector of Customs, Bombay as Collector of Customs, Madras Notification No. 25/93-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 15-3-1993 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) the Central Government hereby appoints the Collector of Customs, Bombay also to exercise the powers of Collector of Customs, in the jurisdiction of Collector of Customs, Madras for the specific purpose of adjudicating the cases pertaining to the importers mentioned in column (3) of the Table below in respect of the show cause notices as mentioned against each importer in column (2) of the said Table.
