Levy of Fees (Customs Documents) Amendment Regulations, 1992 Notification No. 55/92-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 30-7-1992 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 157, read with clause (i) of sub-section (2) of section 158, of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Levy of Fees (Customs Documents) Regulations, 1970, namely :- 1. (1) These regulations may be called the Levy of Fees Customs Documents) Amendment Regulations, 1992. (2) They shall come into force on 3rd August, 1992. 2. In the Levy of Fees (Customs Documents) Regulations, 1970, in regulation 3, in the Table, against serial No. 2 relating to supply of certified copies, in column (2), for each of the entry, the entry "Rs. 50.00" shall be substituted.
