Gunji under Patna Collectorate - Land Customs Station Notification No. 30/92-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 7-4-1992 In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints - (i) the place under the jurisdiction of the Collector of Customs (Preventive), Patna specified in column (1) of the Table appended hereto, as the Land Customs Station for the clearance of goods or any class of such goods imported or to be exported by Land from or to China; and (ii) the route specified in column (2) of the said Table as the route by which alone the goods or any class of goods specified in item (i) above may pass by land from or to China.
