Appointment of customs port - Amendment to Notification No. 43/87-Cus. Notification No. 16/92-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 24-2-1992 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 43/87-Customs, dated the 12th February, 1987, namely :- In the said notification, after the words "of fertilisers", the words "and dead burnt magnesite" shall be inserted.
