Rate of Interest on Warehousing Goods - Fixation of Notification No. 82/91-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 23-12-1991 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clauses (ii) of clauses (b) of sub-section (1) of sections 59 and 59A of the Customs (Amendment) Act, 1991 (55 of 1991), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby fixes the rate of interest at twenty per cent per annum, for the purposes of the said sub-clauses.
