Rate of Interest on Warehousing Dues Notification No. 81/91-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 23-12-1991 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 47 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), and in supersession of the Notification No. 143/83-CUSTOMS, dated the 13th May, 1983, of the Central Board of Excise and Customs, published in Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii) of the Gazette of India Extraordinary, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby fixes the rate of interest at twenty per cent per annum for the purposes of the said section.
