Exchange Rate for Russian Rouble Notification No. 51/91-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 10-7-1991 In pursuance of sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 46/91-NT-Customs [G.S.R. No. 327(E)], dated the 3rd July, 1991 the Central Government hereby determines that for the purposes of section 14 of the said Act, the rate of exchange for conversion of one Russian Rouble into Indian currency or vice-versa, shall be Rupees 29.9364. This rate will be effective from Wednesday, the 10th July, 1991.
