Exchange Rates - Amendment Notification No. 35/91-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 15-5-1991 In pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (2 of 1899) and sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 28/91-N.T-Cus. [S.O. 226(E)], dated 27th March, 1991, namely :- In the Schedule below the said Notification for serial No. 2 and 4 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) 2. Australian Dollars 6.2300 4. Canadian Dollars 5.5875 These rates will be effective from 19-5-1991.
