Exchange rate for Russian Rouble Notification No. 30/91-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 24-4-1991 In pursuance of sub-clause(i) of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 25/91-NT-Customs [G.S.R. No. 173 (E)], dated the 22nd March, 1991 the Central Government hereby determines that for the purposes of section 14 of the said Act, the rate of exchange for conversion of one Russian Rouble into Indian currency or vice-versa, shall be rupees 24.1313. This rate will be effective from Wednesday, the 24th April, 1991.
