Exchange rates - Amendment Notification No. 24/91-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 20-3-1991 In pursuance of Sub-section (2) of Section 20 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (2 of 1899) and sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 80/90-NT-Cus, [S.O. 962 (E)], dated 27th December, 1990 as amended by Notification No. 13/91-NT-Cus, [S.O. No. 83 (E)], dated 8th February, 1991 and Notification No. 14/91-NT-Cus. [S.O. No. 88 (E)], dated 11th February, 1991. In the schedule below the said Notification for Serial Nos. 5, 6,7 and 8 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) 5 Danish Kroners 32.2100 6 Deutsche Marks 8.3975 7 Dutch Guilders 9.4675 8 French Francs 28.6000 These rates will be effective from 24-03-1991.
