Exchange rate - Amendment to Notification No. 80/90-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 14/91-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 11-2-1991 In pursuance of Sub-section (2) of section 20 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (2 of 1899) and sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 80/90-NT-Cus. [S.0. 962 (E)], dated 27th December, 1990, namely :- In the Schedule below the said Notification for serial Nos. 5, 7, 13 and 15 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:- (1) (2) (3) 5. Danish Kroners 29.8400 7. Dutch Guilders 8.7375 13. Norwegian Kroners 30.3600 15. Swedish Kroners 29.1300 These rates will be effective from 15-2-1991.
