Appointment of customs airport for specified purposes - Amendment to Notification No. 75-Cus., dated 3-7-1975 Notification No. 7/91-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 25-1-1991 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 75-Customs, dated the 3rd July, 1975, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, against Serial No. 1, in column-3, - (i) in item (a), after sub-item (vii), the following sub-item shall be inserted, namely :- "(viii) crew and passenger baggage"; (ii) in item (b), after sub-item (xxvi), the following sub-item shall be inserted, namely :- "(xxvii) crew and passenger baggage".
