Land customs station for export to Bangladesh Notification No. 2/91-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 10-1-1991 In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints Ghasuapara, under the jurisdiction of the Collector of Customs and Central Excise, Shillong, as land customs station for the clearance of goods to be exported by land or inland water to Bangladesh and the road from Ghasuapara (Garo Hills, India) to Baluaghat (Mymensingh, Bangladesh) as the route by which alone the goods for export may pass by land or inland water from India to Bangladesh.
