Gogha Port appointed as Customs Port for loading and unloading Notification No. 77/90-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 4-12-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints the port at Gogha in the State of Gujarat as a Customs port for the unloading of imported goods and the loading of export goods.
