Amendment to Notification No. 34/90(N.T)-Cus. Notification No. 64/90-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 4-10-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 152 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 34/90-Cus. (N.T.), dated 18-6-1990, namely :- In the said notification, in para 1, words "Principal Collectors of Customs and the Principal Collectors of Customs and Central Excise" shall be substituted by words "Principal Collectors of Customs, the Principal Collectors of Customs Central Excise and the Principal Collectors of Central Excise."
