Amendment to Notification No. 17/90-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 62/90-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 4-10-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 17/90-Customs (N.T.) dated 6th April, 1990 namely :- In the said notification in column No. 2 against Sl. No. 3 the following entries shall be added: "4. Collector of Central Excise, Bombay II. 5. Collector of Central Excise, Bombay III."
