Exchange rate for Russian Rouble Notification No. 60/90-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 28-9-1990 In pursuance of sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 55/90-NT-Cus-toms [G.S.R. No. 767(E)], dated the 7th September, 1990 the Central Government hereby determines that for the purposes of section 24 of the said Act, the rate of exchange for conversion of one Russian Rouble into Indian currency or vice-versa, shall be rupees 22.7855. This rate will be effective from Friday, the 28th September, 1990.
