Specified Goods (Prevention of Illegal Export) Amendment Rules, 1990 Notification No. 31/90-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 8-6-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 11K, 11L and 11M of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the Specified Goods (Prevention of Illegal Export) Rules, 1969, namely :- 1.(1) These rules may be called the Specified Goods (Prevention of Illegal Export) Amendment Rules, 1990. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In rule 3 of the Specified Goods (Prevention of Illegal Export) Rules, 1969 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules) - (a) in sub-rule (1), caluse (f) shall be omitted; (b) in sub-rule (3), the proviso shall be omitted; 3. In rule 4 of the said rules, in sub-rule (1), caluse (iv) shall be omitted.
