Rescinding of Notifications No. 9-Cus. 51-Cus. Notification No. 30/90-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 8-6-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 11K of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the following notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) and (Department of Revenue) namely:- 1. Notification No. 9-Customs, dated 3-1-1969 2. Notification No. 51-Customs, dated 27-3-1980
