Rescinding of Notification No. 7/69-Cus. Notification No. 29/90-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 8-6-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11-1 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue and Insurance No. 7-Customs, dated 3rd January, 1969.
