Exchange rates - Amendment to Notification No. 9/90-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 20/90-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 11-5-1990 In pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (2 of 1899) and sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 9/90-NT-Cus. [S.O. 260 (E)], dated 27th March, 1990 namely :- In the Schedule below the said Notification for serial No. 16 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) 16 SWISS FRANCS 8.0475 This rate will be effective from 14-5-1990.
