Collector of Customs (Appeals) jurisdiction Notification No. 16/90-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 6-4-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), and in supersession of Notification of the Government of India No. 91-Cus., dated 1-3-1963 (as amended), the Central Government hereby appoints the officers mentioned in Column (1) of the Table below to be Collectors of Cus toms (Appeals), and such officers shall have the jurisdiction in the areas specified in the corresponding entry in Column (2) of the said Table :- THE TABLE Designation of officer Jurisdiction (1) (2) 1.
