Exchange rate - Amendment to Notification No. 76/89-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 8/90-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 20-3-1990 In pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (2 of 1899) and sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amend ment in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 76-NT-Cus. [S.O. 1072 (E)], dated 27th December, 1989 namely :- In the Schedule below the said Notification for serial No. 11 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) 11 Japanese Yen 887.50 This rate will be effective from 23-3-1990.
